To File a Claim
To quickly process your claim please have the following prepared before calling SMASH Wireless:
1. The person calling SMASH Wireless to file the claim must be listed on the account.
2. Make sure you know the manufacturer of your phone.
3. Make sure you know the model name or model number of your phone.
4. You must have the ESN (Electronic Serial Number) for your phone; it is typically located underneath the battery and is 11 - 15 digits long. If your phone was stolen check the box, packaging, or receipt.
For Stolen Phones:
1. Report the incident to the local police department and obtain a police report number.
2. Call your wireless service provider to suspend your service to protect yourself against unauthorized charges.
For Lost Phones:
1. Call your wireless service provider to suspend your service to protect yourself against unauthorized charges.
